Suncorp Metway Limited: Acted for Suncorp's bank and insurance businesses in a number of information system acquisitions, including banking and financial systems, marketing systems and communications software and hardware.

Queensland Treasury Corporation: Acted for Queensland Treasury Corporation in relation to an information systems dispute arising from a poorly performing service provider. Assisted QTC to successfully resolve the dispute and replace the service provider, without the need to pursue litigation.

Queensland Health: Acted for Queensland Health in relation to the preparation of standard-form research funding and clinical trial agreements.

Impedimed Limited: Acted for Impedimed Ltd in relation to the intellectual property aspects of its capital-raising due diligence exercise, de-merger and IPO. This included analysing ownership and chain-of-title issues for the company's key intellectual property assets, analysing and resolving third party claims relating to the company's IP, drafting the IP parts of the documents effecting the company's de-merger, and drafting relevant sections of the company's prospectus.

DSTC Pty Ltd / Extensia Pty Ltd: Acted for DSTC Pty Ltd in relation to the IT and IP aspects of the winding-up of the CSC for Distributed Systems Technology, including advising on the formation and transfer of IP to spin-off company Extensia, formed to develop and commercialise DSTC's electronic health records technologies.

Metal Storm Ltd: Acted for Metal Storm in relation to an IP development and commercialisation agreement with Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd for the staged development and commercialisation of IP relating to Metal Storm's innovative stacked-round munitions and launchers.
